About insideIL

Founded in 2014 by two Harvard Business School alumni, Sara Greenberg and Della Heiman, insideIL seeks to connect top graduate students seeking a cohort-based, in-depth professional and educational experience in Israel, with Israeli companies and organizations seeking quality young professionals for paid spring and summer internships.

The program provides incredible professional, educational, and personal opportunities for students yearning to expand their horizons, by living, working, and partaking in the start-up nation. Since its founding, the program has brought hundreds of students to intern at dozens of leading Israeli organizations. In 2020, itrek absorbed insideIL, believing that providing interns with an amazing opportunity to see and experience Israel firsthand and gain valuable career and personal skills aligns perfectly with itrek's mission.

COVID Update: We are closely tracking the COVID-19 pandemic and anticipate that in-person internships in Israel may be possible this summer (for fully vaccinated interns only). In the event that in-person internships are not possible, we will consider offering virtual/remote internships. We will be making the final determination at a later stage in the spring semester.
