About the Job

Under the designation “customer relations”, we can include all the internships whose missions are close to customer reception or guests’ services. Thus, the customer relations intern is in charge of the first contact with clients and of making sure that they enjoy an excellent user experience. Obviously, the position varies a lot according to the sector and the size of the company. However, S/he is always aware of the terms of use of products or services that are commercialized by his company. As a result, he can answer all the questions customers may have. A customer service internship is suitable for any intern who is good in communicating and relating with customers. You may realize that is your dream job!

This is a paid internship. The intern will receive an educational grant of $900 per week.

While interns are expected to take care of their own travel, accommodation, and insurance, insideIL will provide them with resources and support to help them with these aspects of their experience.

Skills
The candidate should be experienced in working with people and at the same time, have a willingness to work behind the scenes and make an impact on smaller things as well. Must be service-oriented as our company is as a whole.
Responsibilities

Follow-up on customer experience and provide solutions as needed. Provide an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them. Answer questions, suggestions, and remarks from clients. Receive and deal with customer claims.
